The Mountain Home Reset is a structured, top-to-bottom refresh for Big Sky properties. Not a standard clean — a full reset. We work through a detailed checklist so nothing is missed and nothing is left to chance.
Whether you’re preparing for your next guests, closing for the season, or arriving to a home that feels like it’s been waiting for you — this is how it gets done. We handle the unpacking, organizing and setup, and coordinate any vendors needed for the rest.

A Full Reset, Top to Bottom.
Every Room, Every Surface
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas — cleaned thoroughly, not cursorily. Appliances wiped down, linens refreshed, floors done properly. We handle it directly or coordinate the right local crew, depending on scope.
Stocked and Ready
Pantry staples, paper goods, cleaning supplies, welcome items — restocked to your spec or our standard list. Your guests (or you) arrive to a home that's ready.
Eyes on Everything
We walk the property and note anything that needs attention — a bulb out, a drip under the sink, a door that doesn't latch. You get a report. We can handle the fixes too.
Set the Scene
Furniture back in place, beds made, towels folded, welcome touches set. The home looks and feels intentional — not just clean.
Settled for the Season
Transitioning from fall to winter, or opening the home after time away? We unpack, organize and arrange so every room is in order and ready to use. We also coordinate outside vendors for anything beyond our scope — moving and hauling are not services we provide.
